How CVMatch collects, uses, and protects your CV data and personal information. We do not sell your CV data. You have full rights under UK GDPR to access, correct, or delete what we hold.

What Data We Collect

Account email, CV content you upload, job descriptions you paste, generated outputs, credit usage, and Stripe billing metadata. We do not store card numbers.

Why We Process It

To deliver the optimisation service, keep your account running, and improve the product using anonymised patterns.

AI Providers

Your CV and job description are sent to Anthropic (Claude) via our secure backend to generate output. Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to the ICO. Email hello@cvmatch.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
